Come and learn the essentials of First Aid in a friendly group of likeminded people. There is NO exam and NO obligation to participate – If you just want to watch, that is fine, although practising will give you the best opportunity to learn.

Would you like to know a bit of First Aid but don’t want to attend a formal First Aid course? Come along to our Coffee and CPR session and take part in as much or as little as you want.

First aid is not difficult to learn or deliver and this course covers the basics of First Aid. You never know when something could happen to someone in your family, so learning now will prepare you to deal with an emergency situation should it arise.

The price includes a Free coffee, tea or squash. Top-ups, bottled drinks and snacks are available to purchase, as are First Aid items such as First Aid kits and manuals, however there is no obligation to purchase anything.

Why not come along with a friend or two?  Children and babies are welcome and if you are breastfeeding, this will not be a problem. Do, however, read our guidance notes in the FAQ section.

Note that the room is on the first floor at the top of a staircase and there is no lift. It is, therefore not wheelchair friendly, but we can give you a hand with pushchairs.

Places are limited to 12 per class. You do not need to book, but we do recommend it to avoid disappointment. It’s also cheaper if Booked and paid for in advance (£25 on the day).

These classes run in our Maidenhead, Berkshire Office on the first Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday) of the month 0930 – 1130 and 1300 – 1500. This course is run in parallel with the 3-hour Family First Aid course – you attend the first two hours. If you enjoy the course enough, you can upgrade to the 3-hour Family First Aid course on the day for an additional £20. This allows you to stay for the extra hour and this also includes a First Aid manual.
