4 Minutes is trying to minimise the amount of items posted, both by 4 Minutes and by yourself.

• All Paperwork for a course is available from:
  • Trainer Central
  • Your ProTrainings Dashboard for your course
  • emailed to you by 4 Minutes.
• Books are initially posted to you for the course. If there are any unused ones afterwards you are expected to keep them in a dry smoke-free space and we will top up the next time that you deliver a course. They remain the property of 4 Minutes. You are welcome to return them at your own expense if you prefer. There may be other times (e.g. an IQA visit) where you can take the opportunity to return unused books and other material to the IQA. 4 Minutes keeps a log of your Book holdings and will reconcile with you from time to time.
