Emergency First Aid at Work / Emergency First Aid at work for school staff

This 6-hour (1 day) course is for small and low risk Businesses. It is also suitable for instructors and trainers that run small classes. e.g. yoga, swimming and martial arts teachers.

Emergency Paediatric First Aid

This is a 1-day entry level course for anyone looking after children but do not need the full 2-day OFSTED Paediatric course.
Typically this would be for Nannies and Au Pairs, activity organisers and parent/child club leaders although babysitters, parents and grandparents would also find this course suitable

+F Forestry

This is an add-on to either of the above courses. It is not available as a standalone qualification. It is for people wishing to work with tress – tree felling, chainsaw use etc and meets Forestry England’s requirements. Note that it is not the same as ‘Forest School’. That is a different qualification.

All courses are delivered, evaluated and quality assured to meet the new guidelines set out by the HSE in October 2013 and meet the requirements of the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981 and subsequent 2016 changes. The EFAW course fully meets the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2015 as per the HSE requirements.

Both courses are run in parallel on the day and you can gain a certificate in either qualification or both (extra charge). All Certificates are emailed to whoever Booked the place after the course. Allow a few working days for this.
