4 Minutes First Aid Training is based in Bray on the outskirts of Maidenhead and run by Andy, a member of British Naturism.

In March 2025 he delivered two Workplace First Aid courses for British Naturism staff and volunteers. One course was at BN Sunfolk back in the Spring, and another for BN’s Northern volunteers at Ashdene Naturist Club.

Does your team of staff / volunteers have First Aid training?

Any Club that has a spread of member profiles and ages will have the odd medical incident or accident. Seconds and minutes count and it’s what happens before the medics arrive that can make all the difference – especially for life-threatening incidents such as Heart attacks, Choking and Cardiac Arrest.

Andy can get your team First Aid trained up in case the need arises. As a fellow naturist he is perfectly comfortable delivering this course to your team whatever you preferred level of dress.
