We’ll be honest with you. Advertising only gets us so far. If you had a good time on a course, learnt some great skills and felt more confident, would you be happy to recommend us?
If that also means we’ll reward you, isn’t that even better?
If that also means that the person you referred gets a discount on their Booking isn’t that even better?
If the Referral code never expires, and can be used again and again then that just has to be perfection.
We get a lot of positive feedback from our learners, but we would also like to help you recommend us to new learners. In return you can build up a referral pot that can be cashed in when you reach a certain threshold.
How it works
- Attend one of our courses – you are only eligible if you have attended one, or Booked a private Group.
- Complete our Registration Form
- We will send you your unique code
- Tell your friends, colleagues, share it on Social Media
- Every time someone Books, they get a discount and you get a Credit
- Individuals: Once your Credits reach £50 we will make a payment
- Organisers: you can use your Credit against any future Group or individual Booking. No minimum threshold.
- Repeat.
Eligibility
If you are an individual: You need to have attended a First Aid course run by 4 Minutes Training at some point from 1st January 2024 onwards. Complete our Registration Form, which we will use to validate your attendance, then we will issue you with your unique code. Referrals are only valid for new clients, not anyone that has discussed training with us before.
If you are working on behalf of an Organisation: You need to have Booked at least one individual on a First Aid course run by 4 Minutes Training at some point from 1st January 2024 onwards or Booked a Private Group Booking run by 4 Minutes Training at some point from 1st January 2024 onwards. Complete our Registration Form, which we will use to validate your Booking, then we will issue you with your unique code. You will also get Credits from any individuals on the course that you Booked that make referrals. Referrals are only valid for new clients, not anyone that has discussed training with us before.

The small print
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount
- Can only be used when the referred person or Organisation Books a course of 6 hours duration or more
- Can only be used for new Learners or Organisations, not ones that we have had interactions with already. If we have had previous contact, we will let you know and disallow it
- There is no limit, but all places and Group Bookings are subject to availability of places or Trainers – there is no guarantee of a specific place for the referral. Priority is given to full price Bookings.
- We reserve the Right to withdraw the reward Scheme at any time without any explanation. Rewards (cash or Credit) earned at the time of withdrawal will be honoured for up to 12 months from the date of withdrawal of the scheme
- Organisation Credits can only be used against future course Group Bookings, they have no cash value otherwise
- Rewards only accrue once the referral Booking has been paid for in full and the course completed There is a mandatory 14 days delay after the course completes before they are applied to prevent fraud
- If the Recipient is in dispute about their course and is seeking a full or partial refund, any Reward will be paused until the dispute is resolved. If the course fee is refunded partially or in full as a result of the dispute the reward amount will be voided.
